Yes, all of our courses lead to a certification. However, not all of the courses are accredited by a professional body, due to the nature of the short course, or the lack of professional bodies that match the content. However, each course page will indicate which accreditation or endorsement it has received, and each course goes through a rigorous quality control check on a bi-yearly basis.
Most of our short courses are automated for you to do on your own schedule. The longer format courses are on schedule but may be adaptable to suit your needs. Discuss this with your course facilitator or email us to find out more.

You are able to pay via credit/debit card or EFT.

We are also able to sign a payment agreement with you, allowing you to pay for certain courses over 2 or 3 instalments. You will gain access to the course after your first payment is made and you will not be able to complete the final assignment or receive a certificate until full payment for the course is received.
Currently we can only offer refunds prior to the start of your course. Once you have activated your online profile and have access to course material, we can no longer refund you. However, we are willing to consider your situation under extreme or unique circumstances. Please contact us to find out more.
Once we are happy with your completion of the course and payment has been made in full you will receive your certificate via email.

Yes you can. However, your completion of the course and quality of work is dependent on your time and availability.

Your course instructors are all professionals actively working in their respective fields. You will be taught by experts who have in depth knowledge of the course content.
