Yes, all of our courses go through the relevant audit checks before we launch them. Each course page will indicate which accreditation or endorsement it has received.
Yes, our short courses are all automated for you to do on your own schedule. The longer format courses are on schedule but may be adaptable to suit your needs. Discuss this with your course facilitator or email us to find out more.
We have 3 payment options for all of our courses.
1: Immediate credit card payment
2: Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
We are able to sign a payment agreement with you, allowing you to pay for certain courses over 2 or 3 installments. The agreement is subject to financial “sponsorship” from a nominated person on your behalf. You will not be able to complete the final assingment or receive a certificate until full payment for the course is received.
Currently we can only offer refunds prior to the start of your course. Once you have activated your online profile and have access to course material, we can no longer refund you. However, we are willing to consider under extreme or unique circumstances.
Once we are happy with your completion of the course and payment has been made in full you will receive your certificate via email.
Coaching fees are discussed with each client in your free consultation. We design our unique coaching programs depending on the client’s needs and therefore cannot guarantee a fixed fee prior to understanding the client’s goals. Please email us if you would like a better indication of the possible fees.
Yes! our coaches offer both in-person and online coaching to all clients.
