Module 3: Social Intelligence and Leadership
Explore how EQ shapes relationships, empathy, and leadership. Coach clients to communicate better, lead with clarity, and manage interpersonal challenges.
Module 4: Resilience and Applied EQ Coaching
Help clients build resilience, optimism, and emotional endurance. Design and present a practical EQ coaching intervention as your final assignment.
